Organizational Communication Culture at Elementary School

Learning and all educational activities in madrasas are strongly influenced by the organizational culture of communication adopted principal madrasa. This study aims to describe at MI Kesuma LKMD Namorambe. To systematically parse topic this research, researchers used a qualitative approach with descriptive method. The research informants totaled 5 teachers who worked Namorambe, then data collection application included in-depth interviews, participant observation, focus group discussions, document analysis. results concluded that implements Namorambe carrying out operational implementing work, is practiced concept having relationship form forming teacher during process work based on indicators applied study. so mind, researcher provides advice regarding schools which classified as good (effective), it must always be maintained school residents through providing example from head madrasa existing teachers, later also have high level loyalty.
